So, at least two adults took advantage of a 17 year old.

Not much of a defense there.  R Kelly had already manipulated things to marry a way too young Aaliya.  This wasn't his first rodeo.  It's a pattern of behavior.

So charge R Kelly with statutory rape, how does this rise to the level of racketeering and sex trafficking?

This country has given an 14 year old the electric chair and a 15 year old life in prison... on another note Harvey Milk was sleeping with a 16 year old boy and plenty of members here didn't see anything objectionable with that.

16 is the age of consent where I am. Bit shaky, but I don't find this particularly objectionable on its own, and certainly not enough to label the guy a pedophile

And he looked much older than 16, so that alone defeats the argument for pedophilia.

A statutory rapist under a superfluous law is one thing.  Taking the unreasonable theistic leap of referring to him as a pedophile is something else.

The strangest part about all of this is that you started off describing Jack as a 16 year old boy, and now are down to a 15 years old who committed suicide. Are you interested in truth, or painting a homosexual rights activist as a predator because you don't like gays?
