I hate mess up your spoiled brat party, but yes, it does show how this earth is unique to having life. Wow, is your brain not used to thinking.

Nope, it only shows as far as we know under our current paradigm of what we consider a life-bearing planet. That's far from showing earth was designed let alone the universe was designed for life.
