Of course the US is going to pretend to care and virtue signal about human rights abuses, while not really caring, because business is business, and the US needs China. I don't suggest the US does anything about the concentration camps. There is nothing the US can do. What's the public US stance on Saudi Arabia beheading witches? Pretty sure they say they're against it and are concerned. Just not concerned enough to stop selling weapons to them AKA only concerned on a rhetoric level and not a reality level.
