Americans export less than Germans

The Americans are very much aware of this. That's why Blinken said that the destruction of the pipeline was a "great opportunity" for America. By cutting off Germany's supply of inexpensive energy, America can sell them gas at a much higher price. This hobbles German industry. And without German industry holding up the Euro, the whole EU is impoverished. 

I think that the Russian language can no longer be taught because of all this

Even to Russian people? Active efforts to destroy the culture of a huge number of people would be a bad thing.
