So Ukraine reported that 10 Russian missiles evaded interception, and then went on to damage critical infrastructure at 18 points. NY Times is unable to confirm these reports, perhaps because they can count.

And?

This tactic will fail just like all the others Russia's tried. Your buddy Putin continues to show his weakness.

Russia has lost the war. This is simply more proof of this.

And... the People of Kyiv are queuing in front of the fountains in the recreational park of Kyiv in order to be able to collect some water for their daily necessities.  Many don't have heating or electricity either. And their resolve seems very strong.
 
Again: This is high level war correspondence we are seeing here. And 8 of them were killed since the beginning of the conflict.
