Personally, if I were a counter demonstrator, I'd put on a clown suit and call myself "Phelpsie the Clown". I'd demonstrate along side them saying "boogie, boogie, boys and girls. Beware the invisible sky daddy. Come, be a clown like us. We clowns have to stick together."
This is a great idea! I'd love to see the WBC protest somewhere and have a group of a dozen or so clowns join them. The clowns could carry signs just like the WBC and yell out "God hates fags!". The implication, of course, is that they're all a bunch of clowns. And what could the WBC idiots do about it? They could ask the clowns to leave, but the clowns could just refuse. The clowns could even say, "We came to support you!" This would be quite amusing and who could get mad at a bunch of clowns yelling "God hates fags!"? The humor would drown out the hate.
