Re: Honestly, I havenβt met any Mormons in the flesh (at least not to my knowledge), but, rather unfortunately, when Mormonism comes up in my readings, what I read tends to show it asβ¦ pretty dysfunctional.
Words are just words. Actions speak louder than words. Words can all be dismissed as having no value. Realize words for what they are (words are shallow, meaningless, and empty) and once you realize this, you will realize that compared to observing someone's actions -- their words are about as valuable as a confederate $50 banknote from the pre-civil war era. (i.e. it is worth $0 now because the south lost the civil war) π

- Edit1: I kinda want to change the $50 banknote explanation to a screendoor on a battleship (from B2tF but Mormons are mercilessly forbidden from satisfying their own wants & desires... π£)
- We are forbidden by ourselves (I just want to make sure no one believes that it is our religion which forbids us). π
Therefore, let us glory, yea, we will glory in the Lord; yes, we will rejoice, for our joy is full; yea, we will praise our God forever. Behold, who can glory too much in the Lord? Yea, who can say too much of his great power, and of his mercy, and of his long-suffering towards to children of men? Behold, I say unto you, I cannot say the smallest part which I feel. π
