Would you go to a 16 year old for advice on making your life choices? I wouldn't. They haven't lived any life on their own and haven't gained the maturity required to make those decisions. Maybe you think a 16 year old can fully grasp the consequences of removing his genitals or of taking hormones to alter her natural bodily development, but I don't. I think it could it be devastating for life to leave a decision like that in their hands. Let them go into then world and experience it on their own before making a decision that they must deal with for life.
