It isn't just trans kids they're getting upset over.  You've seen them lose their shit over drag queen story time, right?  And it's not like they're exactly friendly towards other transgender adults.  

And I live in Oklahoma so, yeah, I'm well aware I'm at risk.  My kids are here, in Oklahoma, so I don't want to leave yet, but one of these days I might have to.  And I hate it.

We've had this conversation before.  Don't leave; Oklahoma needs you!

As of now, my kids need me and that's keeping me here more than anything.  If things get too much worse, I might try and skip state anyway; I have friends who tell me Illinois government is pretty LGBT friendly and my employer is based in Chicago so I could talk to someone about a transfer.  I've just been struggling and fighting for my own survival and well being and everything for 20 years and I'm tired of fighting for myself; In that state, I'm even less inclined to fight for society at large.
