I remember some moronic Transphobe arguing Transpeople have it better than ever so they should not complain. This is stupid as just because things are better in some regards does not mean they are ideal and considering better meant virtually nothing this isn't much of an accomplishment. In fact, things are in fact worst than before in some ways because trans people didn't have a full-blown moral panic thrust against them by media vultures and fascist demiguages. So while some progress has been made it rests on a knife's edge and the forces of reactionary regression are mustering and hard times are ahead.
