The KIA-WIA within those rates are assessed to be much higher for russian forces, due to a lack of adequate combat medical gear. If that's what it looks like when ukraine is losing, then it's worse for russia than anyone imagined.
Let us remember that a 3:1 offensive ratio is considered minimum for good chances of success.
