So, pre-transition, Page was sexually oriented towards women. Post-transition, Page is sexually oriented towards women.

How is this evidence of a change in sexual orientation?

Orientation has two components: the object and the subject.  If you change the subject then you still change the orientation.  A lesbian and a straight male are both attracted towards women but are said to have different sexual orientations.

Pre 2014- Woman oriented towards Men= Straight
2014-2020 Woman oriented towards women= Lesbian/Gay
2020-Present Man oriented towards Women = Straight

Nathalie, the trans woman who runs the YouTube channel called Counterpoints, is a sort of reverse case. (Male to female.)

Before transitioning she slept with women. During her transition she experimented with dating men, and had some good experiences, but didn't think it was for her. Now that she's fully transitioned and more adjusted she feels certain she's a woman who likes women. 

So it seems that in at least these two cases, a person has a sort of core of attraction which doesn't change, even when the gender of the person changes.
