1) Forgive me for not being up to the training procedures of the US Forest Service. And I can't find anything about pronouns in that PDF.
2) For one thing, the vast majority of the time, they're not claiming to be transgender.

You should take the training, might find it a bit alarming.

If they're not claiming to be trans, then how are they getting into the women's locker room?  The man in the Yahoo article claimed to be transgender.  Just for the reecord though, could you give me the test for whether someone is actually trans or not?

1) Are you actually going to provide any evidence that "This is Who We Are" is recommending people who accidentally misgender people get fired?
2) It's just as easy as walking through a door. It's not like there's some mysterious force that locks the door the second it turns out that someone with a penis or who identifies as male touches it. If someone's ready to commit sexual assault, the relatively minor offense of walking into a locker room labeled for women won't faze them.
3) How to tell if someone's trans? Ask them.
