I understand you're a simpleton, let's make it easy;  Cite a company, and this will be on their company page, that will fire you for misgendering.  Also cite any law wherein misgendering is a crime

I never said it was a crime.  What if someone wants to use pronouns based on biological sex rather than subjective gender?  Should they be unable to do so?  Where did this right to not be offended come form?  When did atheists become such prudes?
