What the West told Ukraine is irrelevant (assuming this isn't a false flag )and no this changes zilch. Ukraine needs weapons to win and they will have them.

China is not irrelevant. They've drawn a red line. They should supply weapons to Russia. They should not let NATO grow stronger at their expense when they can do something about it.
