How many people can be killed with an AR in those minutes it takes for a cop to arrive and handle the situation?
A fully automatic AR-15 can shoot between 800 and 900 rounds per minute.
Write a program for 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Or just do the math. The slowdown is the time to reload if you aren't firing from a belt.
