Well, the FERIT University in Osijek. You think the universities teach skills that are useful to an average programmer? They don't. You can get a Bachelors degree in computer science without knowing how to use a debugger. But, at least my university, you cannot get a Bachelors Degree unless you know how to synthesize a PID regulator using analog electronics.

Not a good advert, then. Did they at least teach you how to build a thermionic-valve amplifier and be somewhat useful?
