If I am not mistaken, Croatia doesn't allow people with a history of mental illness (like me) to have firearms.
Immaterial. If you cared about crime, you’d find a way - legal or not - to get a gun. Since you have a history of mental illness, you are - by your own admission - at high risk for being the victim of a violent crime.
As we all know, you can’t be anti-crime unless you’re heavily armed.
