Stop the decline of which population and why is that something to worry about?

Alot of reasons, but, in a nutshell, sols - and at some point a population is not large enough to support itself or it's standard of living.  This is why demographic decline concerns some people.  

That's the bargain that countries make with immigration.  We're stealing labor out from the other guy to cover whatever "native" birth rates can't match.  The Racist injects ignorant beliefs about the inherent laziness from people here or there as a reason to deny them entry.  Useless eaters.

It’s not just the birth rate  There is also the need to cover the impacts of deficiencies in primary and secondary education.    We steal the fruits of your investment in basic education  to help generate our corporate profits here because we want to keep most of those who are born with the right to vote here ignorant and resentful enough to put GOP and the likes of trump in power.
