83% of nondetained immigrants with completed or pending removal cases attended all of their hearings.
96% of nondetained immigrants represented by a lawyer attended all of their hearings.
15% of those who were ordered deported because they did not appear in court successfully reopened their cases and had their removal orders rescinded. In some years, as many as 20% of all orders of removal for missing court were later overturned.
Individuals who apply for relief from removal have especially high rates of appearance.
Appearance rates vary strongly based on the immigration court’s location.
The Executive Office for Immigration Review’s method for measuring the rate at which immigrants fail to appear in court presents a limited picture of the frequency of missed court appearances.

...and while we're on the subject of those hearings..isn't it amazing that a minor child with no parent, guardian, or legal counsel and who doesn't speak the language of the court can be processed, with or without an interpreter. These types of proceedings are, ofc, part of the no show list.

Ultimately, as other posters have noticed, if you're going to link to hate groups then it's probably useless to pretend that we have no control over the border, too. We have control, and the immigrants are going through the process. The trouble is that we're not using our control to shoot enough of them and that there's even a process for them to go through.
I give this one to you, but it only applies to those who are given court dates; not to those who enter undetected. Those who apply for asylum voluntarily identity themselves. They would be the ones to follow the law.
