No. We definitely should worry.  They definitely think America is a better place to sell illegal drugs and destroy people's lives. 

That’s because the shining city on the hill is a place where people are more willing to buy illegal drugs, and apparently have less to motivate people not to waste their lives doing drugs

Let’s face it, people who produce the drugs in Central America because there is a market for it in this shining city on the Hill, are the ones who have the entrepreneurial spirit, and the people in this shining city who buy drugs and blame other people for having drugs to buy, don’t.
