There is a reason most of the angels have names which end in - "el", just as Isra-el ends in "el", "walks with El"
Rapha-el, Uri-el., Micha-el. They are the messengers of "El", the chief god of the Babylonians.
In Deuteronomy the "most high god" "portions out" the nations to his sons. The inheritance of Yahweh, (NOT the "most high" god), is given Israel, for his share of the nations.

I just looked that up.  Deuteronomy 32:8-9 and the verses after clearly state that Yahweh (the Lord) was the god of Israel only, and was not the Most High.

I'm sure that's a error in the text. Somehow the scribes overlooked that, or they would have changed it. It's a big boo-boo.
