Consider what you're saying here. That god does what we will not allow as a test. We don't let serial killers kill. We try to catch them. To stop them. We topple corrupt governments. Consider the absurdity and the idiocy of the "I was only testing them" defense from a serial killer or a corrupt politician, and then realize that you are accusing god of this.
