The mixed experience of acknowledging the suck so that you can make fun of it. For example, we imagine our superiors are making us do stupid shit because they're assholes, rather than directly face the fact that they're 24 year old kids trying to make changes on a static board to please their superiors and we're all in an impossible situation.
"Go stop those guys from killing those other guys but don't kill any guys doing it and definitely don't die." Oh sure, you betcha, gonna get right on that and I love it. Great plan.
