There has been homosexual attraction and interaction since long before any of the holy books were written. As long as two people are consenting adults why does anyone care? Actually, I don't see an issue with teens of dating age, dating who they like and are attracted to.
"Enforcing homosexuality" means enforcing Males & Females to have sexual experience with the same gender.
Eg:
-Prisons where certain gender is deprived from sexual experience for years and sometimes decades.
-Institutions that use oppressive laws & religious laws to deprive people under its control from sexual experience
-Countries that use propaganda and severe concentrated doses of pornography & sexual media to turn people homosexual.
