Well it's not a "manufactured dilemma", it's a question of human survival. People need to keep being born, for better or worse. Humans would quickly die out if everyone started having abortions.

What makes you think that everyone would start having abortions? According to your broken brain, we should also outlaw skydiving because the human race would quickly die out if 'everyone' hit the ground with a resounding thud.

Simply because a thing is legal doesn't mean 'everyone' would avail themselves of it. Fucking moron.
