You are an ungrateful ass.

You don't need to rub it in. I know I'm not a good person. I just want the people in my life to recognize what I need and grant me those things accordingly. I don't feel as if that's asking too much.

If the people in your life recognized and granted you what you need (as opposed to what you want), you’d likely spend the rest of your life being fed through a tube and making macaroni art with the other patients on the ward.
