Luckily, I had the oil changed in my car a month or so ago and also had it inspected and renewed the registration so that's off the list. Bought anti-bug washer fluid yesterday and also new batteries for my big flashlight...Maglight...dual purpose...light if I need it and weapon if I need that.
I spent part of yesterday making sure that there are plenty of critter supplies here. Husband has no clue where I get the various foods and things for all the animals. Working on a stack of clothes for packing. Have made hotel reservations all along the way except for the return trip.
Today I will probably color my hair just to freshen it up...it's still looks good but I have color on hand and might as well do that.
Hoping my new glasses arrive in time to pick up before I leave but tracking their progress isn't looking all that great.
For now I hope for good weather and that road construction hasn't ramped up to insane proportions so I can get on the road and go. Four days...woohoo!
