2) The Candidate must be at least 35 years old. (Is 77, and will turn 78 in two weeks)
3) The Candidate must have lived in America for at least 14 years. (He met this requirement in 2016, and the only change on this front is he moved from New York's Trump Tower to Mar-a-Lago.)
He passes all three requirements. And before you talk about January 6th, remember that the SCOTUS has decided that enforcing that particular law is up to Congress. Why, yes, that does suck.
