Your statements make it seem apparent that you believe that homosexuality is a disease which should be cured. That is a position of ignorance.

If you want to call it that way.. I generally use a less hostile word, "abnormality".
Yes, that is exactly what I think that homosexuality is.
And well, it does not really matter what I think.
There are certain homosexuals, who do not want to be like that, obviously.
They want to be cured. But these ex-gay thing is obviously not really working.
So it's up to modern medicine to devise a means to provide a cure for these people.

But just remember that something like that would likely open up a whole mess of ethical questions as the homosexual children of ultra-religious parents would be forced to take it against their will.
