A changing..is not a beginning ..and certainly not of "the universe" which would still be "the universe" no matter what configuration it's various parts were in. That's what the universe is...everything, however it is. Thus...it's pretty rough to state that your "beginning" is just a changing...even if a beginning needs a creator..which, as above, it does not.
