There is no inherent meaning of life.
People can find temporary and personal meaning during their travels, but this is nothing more than opinion.
Life is a journey, not a destination.
I spent many years studying philosophy and found that nihilism / absurdism made the best sense when compared to the real world outside of an egotistical mindset. Every other philosophy seemed to be nothing more than opinions of the authors who created them in order to lend credence and/or justify some strong feelings or desires they had at the time.
