While I have just learned that Adolf Hitler was mostly “innocent” (He seems to be an individual who is not so involved with occult issues), others around him like Himmler seem to be deep into some German-Paganist style Golden Dawn type of Occultism (as far as I understand it). This Wewelsburg Castle seem to be an administrative center for the SS where such rituals seem to have taken place:

That was something I remembered from some Discovery Chanel documentaries. But you seem to have corrected me on this one too. Hitler did not really restore any Pagan Festival. He even seems to be promoting what is called “German Christianity”. So sorry for not knowing
 
What I can still say is that (just like Mussolini) he emphasized on a national identity that is based in antiquity with an idea of superiority based on the past glory of his people.
