It doesn't feel like the right thing but I'm still here.
I'm currently talking with a therapist who is at my house as I type this. She advised me to delete the post (She has a copy)which I have.
To anyone else please do not make any further calls to the local PD. I have spoken with them, I'll be getting a daily call from said therapist and weekly visits.
I appreciate the concern everyone has shown, combined with a 3 hour call with a life long friend has made me rethink some things.
