When we first moved here, there was a woman who was the main newscaster on one of the big three networks (not Faux News) who always looked surprised.
It had nothing to do with emotion, I think she had her brow lifted so often, and so damn much botox, that her eyebrows were in a constant half circle wayyyyy up on her forehead. It was so unnerving to me that I had to watch local news on a different station.
