The cyber truck bomber is hard to figure. What exactly was he trying to achieve? At first, I figured this was a moron or at least somebody who didn't know much about explosives. A special Forces guy had to have known that what he put together wasn't going to make much of a bomb and that the bullet-proof construction and high walls of the bed of his vehicle would contain most of the blast. He could have rammed the doors and set off the explosives in the lobby. Maybe he didn't want to kill anybody and just wanted the symbolism of one of Elon Musk's vehicles blowing up outside of one of Trump's signature properties in Sin City. Not much to sacrifice your life for.
Anyway, 2025 is off with a bang. Hopefully the remainder is more boring but I doubt it. We are definitely living in interesting times.
