In Black Country Dialect (BCD) you could have "Arse ay" (arse ain't=arse isn't), but shar would be meaningless as a word I think. Maybe it could be reworked as a statement that one's anal engineering has no connection with the erstwhile Iranian throne: Arse ay Shah.
