Questionable. There's a significant portion of the American public for whom he can do no wrong, and who are unlikely to be moved from that position even after he is gone.
Perhaps, but they too will have to pass, or make their case.
Remember, Arnold had his supporters as well even as the Revolutionary War unfolded.
