It's only a matter of time before the Fanta Fascist ignores the courts. Let's see which ruling prompts it. This would be a true constitutional crisis. What happens when the Executive, charged with enforcing the law, chooses not to do so? Congress is impotent. He's gonna do it on one of these for sure, then only "good" rulings will be enforced.
Regarding Maga outreach, the finger pointing and name calling don't work. They only serve to push them further into their echo chamber. The Dems must siphon some of those 70 million votes away from Dear Leader's party of One.
