Trump Open To US Joining Commonwealth

Nearly 250 years after America declared independence from Great Britain, President Donald Trump suggested that he was open to taking a small step back towards the warm embrace of the British monarchy after a media outlet reported that King Charles III intends to extend an offer for the United States to join the Commonwealth of Nations.

Frankly, at this point, if Britain were to take us back, we might as well just go full colony again. A nation that can have several years to think about it and still think Trump is not only a good option, but get enough support to actually win, clearly cannot be trusted to govern itself.

Hell, at this point, I'd run for president on the sole platform of "King Charles, Whatever I said, whatever I did I didn't mean it, I just want you back for good."
