People should be dancing in the street to know about our origin, finally, after a forever of believing what our species made up to fill in what we didn't know. Instead they'd rather believe preposterous stories made up by people who thought the fucking sky was hard. If those fucking insane idiots want to spread their ignorance to their kids, whatever. What the fuck can I do about it? What is unacceptable to me is not just teaching my kids that load of garbage, but robbing my children of time they could have spent learning something useful. Tolerance my ass! I'll tolerate what people want to teach their kids on their own time, but I'll be damned if I'm going to tolerate them taking up my kids time with their bullshit. Their bullshit isn't worth anyone's time.
Myths about creation, including the biblical myth- teach it in social studies or literature.
"Intelligent design"- shouldn't be uttered in a public school, unless it's to say that it's scientifically invalid.
Because it absolutely is.
