Judicial review is good.
Obama had two US citizens executed by drone, without a trial or any kind of judicial review.
Deportation without due process is also bad.
You seem to have left out a few things. Obama apologized, an independent investigation determined that the killings were accidental, and the families were compensated.
There’s a pretty wide gulf between ‘accidental’ and ‘execution’.
