I'm sure human creators would be corrupt, I'm guessing what you would do is create some foundational things for the ai to search for and have that overseeing any government and keep them the same.
Like Americans have amendments, make foundational algorithms.
It could look into nepotism, has this person hired a family member, are they being paid excessively, is the job legitimate and useful. Look into all of their financial records quickly and efficiently and be able to spot discrepancies.
Again, how could you ensure that corrupt creators wouldn’t create AI that would benefit themselves (the creators)? Corrupt people create corrupt systems.
Furthermore, would it even be possible to hack proof the AI? Even if the system was initially set up by honest programmers with the best of intentions, it seems like a tempting target for malware and viruses.
