This wont help, at all. The AfD will only play its "persecution" card even harder and attract even MORE voters. Current polls indicate that the AfD is now the party with the MOST votes if next Sunday was election.
I have read the press release of the "Bundesamt für Verfasungsschutz" (Agency for Protection of the Constitution), and the central point was: Key AfD figures, and thus the AfD as a whole, propagates Ethno Nationalism, which is unconstitutional, because it puts "Germans with migration background (the PC description of German nationals with non german ethnicity) at a systematic disadvantage with regard to either acquiring or keeping german citizenship.
