The are repuublicans whinging about the Digital Services Tax which they're trying to claim is part of the deal but which the British Government says isn't.
Apprently there's also relief for steel and aluminium exports but this leaves a lot of hoops to jump through before any benefits are seen according to Steel UK...

Yeah, what they have is the framework for a deal, as opposed to an actual deal. Or, to use one of Trump’s favourite words, the ‘concept’ of a deal. And - as it stands now - I wouldn’t be overly optimistic about Commons signing off on it.
