The qualifier was about as silly as the premise. How convenient that you happened to be the exception to your own rule.

First all, the qualifier was an acknowledgement of the facts.

Secondly, I give a general principle, not a rule.

Third, and most importantly, I think you’d bum fuck Jesus without the courtesy of giving him a reach-around. Metaphorically speaking.
