Secondly, I give a general principle, not a rule.

Culture describes the shared aspects of a population (like you unironically making a FMJ reference, which is seen as boomer behavior).

And if culture is defined by what’s shared, then saying that people share things like language because of culture isn’t an explanation, it’s a tautology.
