Apparentky he can also announce a "trade deal" without actually having a trade deal...
Appatrently this allows 100,000 UK cars to be exported to the US with "only a 10% tariff" as opposed to a 27.5% tariff...
The are repuublicans whinging about the Digital Services Tax which they're trying to claim is part of the deal but which the British Government says isn't.
Apprently there's also relief for steel and aluminium exports but this leaves a lot of hoops to jump through before any benefits are seen according to Steel UK... 
What's happening regarding pharmaceuticals "hasn't been finalised"...
The quota of US meat is to be raised from 1000 tonnes to 13000 tonnes but the government sates that "Food safety standards won't be relaxed and no hormone treated meat will be allowed into the UK market".

I asked my brother when I was over in March how the tariffs would affect steel sales from his plant (he's an engineer at Port Talbot) and his answer was "They won't. The steel we make isn't exported to the US". British Steel may have been affected, but definitely not the Tata stuff.
