Hmm, maybe she didn't ghost you because you are an atheist but because you came on too strong and serious. From what I understand of human flirting, when you just meet someone like that, you should just make some short, funny replies instead of holding a (self-righteous) speech because you end up looking like Travis Bickle. You leave that for later when you know each other a little bit.
So, if she said that she was having trouble being around religious people, you should have just said something compassionate, like "Yeah, I know how you feel." or "Which religious people? Is it Scientologists?" "What religion is the worst to be around?" Keep asking questions because that way you seem interested in her. And when you hold speeches like that, you seem to be imposing yourself onto her.
You don't know the whole story. I'd been texting with her for three weeks and I'm not really looking for advice.
