“I don’t know who you are, but only a very evil person would ask a question like that,” Trump added.
Trump later attacked Democrats critical of the government’s response for trying to capitalize on the floods for a “sound bite.”
“All they want to do is criticize,” he said. “The public’s wise to it.”
